Ikan Bakar Tomyam

IKAN BAKAR TOMYAM  HAMIDAH

 

 

 

Bahan-bahan
2 ekor ikan selar
daun limau purut
jus limau nipis atau kasturi
aluminium foil

Bahan Mesin
3 biji cili merah
5 biji ciliapi
3 tangkai serai
1 biji tomato
garam

Cara Memasak
1. Gaulkan semua bahan mesin dan letakkan dalam aluminium foil.
2. Letakkan ikan dan daun limau purut. Bungkus kemas.
3. Bakar diatas dapur atau dalam oven suhu 200’C selama 20 minit.
4. Perahkan limau semasa menghidang.
