Stir-fried Bee Hoon With Mushroom

 

 

Bahan-Bahan
200 gm Beehoon –direndam hingga lembuk
1 sudu makan Tepung jagung – dicampur dengan air
300 ml Pati ayam

A:
1 ulas Bawang – dihiris
2 ulas Halia muda
2 ulas Bawang putih – ditumbuk

B:
2 sudu makan Sos tiram
1 sudu teh Minyak bijan
1 sudu makan Sos cili
1/2 sudu makan Lada hitam – ditumbuk

C:
100 g Cendawan oyster
100 g Cendawan Japanese
100 g Kailan
1 biji Telur

Cara memasak:
•Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan-bahan A hingga harum dan masukkan pati ayam.
•Masukkan bahan-bahan B dan biarkan ia mendidih.
•Masukkan serbuk perasa jika perlu.
•Masukkan bahan-bahan C.
•Setelah mendidih, tutup api dan masukkan telur.
