Ketam Masak Lemak

Bahan-bahannya:

2 ekor ketam
Santan
Cili Padi
Kunyit
Serai
Garam

Cara-caranya ;

Kunyit dan cili padi ditumbuk sehingga lumat. kemudian ketuk serai selepas itu
masukkan semua bahan tersebut ke dalam periuk bersama santan.
barulah boleh dinyalakan api dapur.
Bila dah agak mendidih masukkan ketam dan tambah air (ikut kesesuaian pekatan santan).
masak sehingga mendidih dan perasakan garam.

selamat mencuba.

nota : serai hendaklah dalam kuantiti yang banyak dan tumbuk hingga berair.
