Kek Batik Brunei – VICO

bahan-bahan :

1 buku mentega (unsalted) – cikgu guna brand anchor
2 biji telur besar/ 3 biji telur kecik
3 cawan vico – cikgu guna milo
3 atau 4 cawan nestum (nestle-original) – bukan nestum baby tauu
2 sudu makan horlicks
½ tin susu manis (F&N) – cikgu guna 1 tin kecik
¼ or ½ tin susu manis gula -cikgu tak letak
1 paket/kotak biskut Marie (coklat) – cikgu guna yg biasa, tp org kata yg cekelat lg sodap

Cara Membuatnya :

– Kecilkan Api
– Cairkan mentega hingga mendidih (jgn lama2 nanti mentega kering)
– pukul Telur + Susu Manis
– gaulkan Gula + Vico + Nestum + Horlick
– Tunggu hingga tidak melekat di kuali
– Matikan Api
– Gaul biskut Rata-rata
– Tekan didalam tray (ada yg lapik dgn alas plastik supaya senang nak alihkan kek)

nota: kalau macam nampak kering sangat,tambah cikit susu cair atau air…aritu cikgu tambah dengan susu cair…uishh sedap jugak..
